Basic Job Requirements
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Construction Director to oversee all home office and field construction activities for a large-scale project in Eastern Europe. This role requires a deep understanding of complex situations, the ability to switch between intuitive and analytical approaches, and a holistic view of project objectives and solutions.

Location: Initially based in our Farnborough Home Office, with site visits during the FEED phase. Later, the role will mobilize to the construction site in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct all construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, budgets, and safety standards.

Develop and implement detailed constructability plans, including leading workshops.

Manage project schedules and costs by optimizing resources for efficiency.

Foster a strong safety culture, making safety a core part of all work.

Manage a large, multi-functional team across safety, quality, engineering, and site services.

Act as the primary liaison between site teams, management, clients, and the community.

Ensure work completion within scope, compliance, and safety regulations.

Report to the Regional EAME Construction Manager and the Project Director.

Oversee technical procedures, risk mitigation, construction sequencing, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

5+ years of construction experience, especially in planning and executing large-scale projects over $500 million.

At least 20 years of Construction Management experience on-site.

Strong leadership in project management and safety.

Ability to work within a large project team.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction automation tools is a plus.
