The Role


This is a high-impact consulting role where you’ll lead strategic projects, grow key client accounts, and develop talented teams to deliver meaningful change in healthcare.


• Lead and deliver client projects, ensuring strategic insight and actionable outcomes.

• Solve complex problems across a range of therapy areas through critical thinking and robust research.

• Build and grow client relationships—expanding existing accounts and contributing to new business development.

• Mentor and lead consulting teams, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and high performance.

• Represent the business externally through conferences, blogs, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Support internal initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, profitability, and shape the evolving company culture.


You


You’ll thrive in this role if you're a life sciences consultant with strong strategic instincts, emotional intelligence, and a passion for purpose-driven work.


• 3–4 years of experience in life sciences consulting with a track record of delivering high-value client projects.

• Advanced academic background (Masters or PhD), ideally with a focus in Oncology or related areas.

• Strong client engagement and business development skills—able to build trust and win new work.

• Proven ability to lead and develop others, while balancing scientific expertise with commercial awareness.

• A growth mindset and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to a values-led company and shaping its future direction.
