The firm / team:
· Successful candidates can look forward to joining one of the largest law firms in the world, based in London, looking to strengthen their Commercial disputes offering with the addition of a talented Associate.
· They are considered to be amongst the leading law firms in the world for Commercial Litigation law, specialising in complex commercial disputes, and ranked across the globe for their Disputes practice.
· You will be joining a specialised team, who handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters across a range of sectors, large, national and multinational corporates, money centre banks, professional services, and media businesses.
· This is a hardworking firm, offering a market-leading salary with access to the best quality client and litigation work in the world.

The role:
· As a Commercial Litigation Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a streamline, supportive collegiate department.
· The work involved will include advising on contentious matters, relating predominantly to global money centre banks, Fortune 50 corporations and other prominent companies in the financial services, TMT, investment, pharmaceutical, sports, and insurance industries.
· You will be litigating high value claims at various levels, frequently collaborating with international lawyers to resolve cross-border disputes, including domestic and international arbitrations.
· You will be defending a range of clients including corporations, financial services and private equity firms, as well as individual investors, seeking assistance with investigations and litigation matters.
· Depending on experience, you may be expected to deal with disputes in the High Court, appellate courts, and in arbitrations.

About you:
· Applications are sought from talented trainees and Associates trained in a similar elite environment, in England & Wales or a similar, leading common law jurisdiction.
· You will possess strong academics, and a confident understanding of commercial litigation law, ideally from an AM Law, Top 30, or leading Legal 500-ranked background.
· Candidates should have strong organisation skills and a keen interest in joining one of the world's largest law firms.
