We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities, specializing in asset management services throughout all lifecycle phases, from consulting and engineering to manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.

We are seeking a candidate to provide Commercial administration (Quantity Surveying) for the DSM Nutritional Products project based in Dalry.
Main Responsibilities Cash Management (AFP’s)
Timely submission of AFP’s
Assessing the sufficiency of AFP by comparing the company's theoretical AFP model with actual submissions
Producing exception reports to explain variances and analyze themes for improvement
Contract Governance and Discipline
Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle
Providing estimates and cost planning, including final cost plan presentation
Reconciling changes to ensure data accuracy
Informing engineering priorities based on cost impact
Managing cost checks and valuations on larger projects
Assessing change Work Orders and variations in line with contracts
Managing cost impact, contingency, and commitment tracking
Performing quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities
Managing post-contract cost variances and change control processes
Ensuring effective cost auditing and valuation work
Monitoring weekly progress and evaluating project scope changes
Generating reports for progress measurement and accounting
Assessing complex scope of works for value engineering opportunities
Monitoring weekly man-hours against budget
Tracking project budgets, demand forecasts, and time over-runs
KPI Performance Monitoring
Producing KPI scorecards covering SHE, operational performance, and governance reports
Ensuring risk reduction and change meetings are held and attended
Profit and Loss Monthly Reporting
Preparing and submitting monthly financial reports and exception reports to highlight changes and themes for improvement
Experience & Qualification
5+ years in a similar role within a contracting organization
Experience managing NEC Suite of Contracts, especially NEC3/4
Experience in Pharma/Biopharma sector (desirable)
Experience with Project Controls software or similar tools (desirable)
Evidence of dispute resolution skills (desirable)
SAP experience (desirable)
Engineering or commercial qualification (essential)
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, IT, or similar (desirable)
Membership of a professional institution (e.g., MRICS or similar)
Strong background in handling commercial issues
