Pinnacle Global Advisory Ltd is a boutique corporate finance and advisory firm supporting entrepreneurs, SMEs and high-growth ventures with strategic advice, funding solutions and M&A services. We’ve recently expanded our offering to include commercial lending and property finance solutions via a network of 250+ lenders – and we’re growing our team to match.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious and commercially minded individual to join our Commercial Lending division. This is an exciting entry-level role where you’ll receive full training and mentorship to become a qualified commercial finance broker. You’ll support clients in accessing a wide range of business and property finance solutions while developing core skills in business development, client advisory and lender engagement.
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from our Sevenoaks office 2–3 days per week, especially during the training period and for team collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Support the Commercial Director in managing inbound and outbound client enquiries
Help assess client finance needs and match them to suitable lending products
Assist in preparing funding proposals, documentation and lender applications
Build relationships with business owners and property investors
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progress using our CRM
Learn about the lending landscape including asset finance, invoice finance, bridging, development finance and commercial mortgages
What We’re Looking For
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence to engage with clients and follow up leads
Organised, detail-oriented and motivated to build a career in finance
No previous experience required – full training will be provided
A genuine interest in business, finance, or entrepreneurship is a plus
Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential)
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
Any relevant coursework or certifications in finance, property, or sales
