Please note that this role is based in Manchester, with hybrid working requiring office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Summary of Our Role
As the Commercial Data Director, you will lead our data strategy, drive product innovation, and embed Point.1 across the business. You will manage a team of analysts and developers, collaborate with senior leadership, and act as a strategic partner to planning, account, and product teams.
Your goal: maximize Point.1's value to clients and support the next generation of data-driven healthcare marketing.
What You Can Expect to Be Doing
Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
Managing and mentoring a cross-functional team of data analysts and product developers.
Collaborating with the Product Director to evolve the Point.1 platform, focusing on AI, synthetic data, and customer experience applications.
Partnering with agency teams to deliver insights and support strategic pitches.
Translating client needs into tailored data solutions in meetings.
Overseeing commercial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and pricing.
Driving growth of new data products and services.
Shaping the future of Point.1 as a key offering for clients and internal teams.
