Point.1 is a proprietary data product giving unparalleled insight into healthcare professionals around the world. A rich source of data providing comprehensive view of healthcare professionals through a range of demographic, behavioural, psychographic and media footprint variables.
Summary of Our Role
The Analytics Director will report to the Data Director and will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the Point.1 data set and products, analysing data to deliver insights, managing client relationships, overseeing projects, supporting pitches, and managing a Junior Data Analyst.
What You Can Expect to Be Doing:
Develop a thorough understanding of the Point.1 data set and Point.1 products and be able to apply them to solve our clients’ challenges.
Be able to analyse the data set and deliver insight based on your findings.
Work closely with internal agency teams to develop relationships with clients to fulfil their data needs by understanding their business challenges.
Develop and deliver projects that use Point.1 data to drive insights into campaigns.
Be able to present your work with confidence.
Take full responsibility for projects, from idea stage, to developing estimates and timelines, to delivery and completion.
Take commercial responsibility for your projects, from estimation, to budget monitoring and reporting, to invoicing.
Seek out new business opportunities where possible and look for opportunities to promote agency services.
Support the Data Director and other agency teams with pitch preparation and presentation where necessary.
Manage a Junior Data Analyst and be responsible for their development.

You have a strong background in data analysis and are able to deliver insights based on your findings.
You are confident in presenting your work and developing relationships with clients.
You have experience in managing projects from idea stage to completion, including commercial responsibility.
You are proactive in seeking out new business opportunities and promoting agency services.
You have experience in supporting pitch preparation and presentation.
You have experience in managing and developing junior team members.
