The Role:
As a Commercial Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting key business decisions through insightful data analysis and reporting. Whether you're an experienced analyst or someone with a passion for numbers looking to take your next career step, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in commercial analysis. You will work closely with senior management, sales, and finance teams to improve profitability, optimise pricing strategies, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse market data, sales performance, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations that support strategic decision-making.
Help manage the pricing strategy, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve margins and reduce costs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to optimise commercial strategies.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales and profitability.
Contribute to the development of strategic business plans and long-term objectives.Requirements:

A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently while being part of a team.
Prior experience in commercial analysis is desirable, but not essential we can consider internal sales background and sales administration backgroundsWhat We Offer:
