Telford - Commutable from Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Newport, Bridgnorth, Stafford, Walsall

£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Premium Overtime Opportunities + Progression + KPI Bonus + Days Only

Are you a CNC Programmer / Milling who is looking for a new exiting role, within a company that will provide you with training and progression opportunities to become an expert in your field?

On offer is a dynamic and rewarding role within a growing business, where you can take control of your earning potential through premium overtime opportunities.

This family run company provides a wide range of precision engineering services to industries such as defence and pharmaceuticals. They take pride in fostering a positive working environment where every team member's voice is heard, respected, and valued.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and components, programming multi-axis CNC machines, setting up and operating the machines, and interpreting technical drawings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC milling, programming, and machine setup and operation. Experience with OneCNC or Autodesk Fusion software is highly desirable, and candidates with this background are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • CNC Programming
  • Machining parts and components
  • Setting and operating
  • Reading Engineering Drawings
  • Day shift Monday - Friday
  • Premium overtime rates

    The Person:
  • Experience programming CNC machines
  • CNC milling experience
  • Experience with OneCNC or Autodesk Fusion will be an advantage
  • Can commute to Telford
