We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials in alignment with regulatory standards and company objectives. This is sponsor dedicated role. Hybrid position 2-3 days in the office preferred.


This role plays a critical part in driving high-quality clinical research and delivering impactful results that shape future healthcare solutions.


**Key Responsibilities**


- Lead the operational management of Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple sites

- Develop and manage study timelines, budgets, and resources

- Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, medical affairs, data management, and biostatistics

- Manage CROs, vendors, and clinical sites to ensure trial integrity and performance

- Coordinate ethics submissions, protocol amendments, and trial master files

- data reviews, and oversee safety reporting

- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections



**Qualifications**


- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical research or clinical trial management

- Proven track record managing clinical trials from initiation to closeout

- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory landscape, and GCP compliance

- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills



**Preferred Skills**


- Experience working with electronic data capture (EDC) and clinical trial management systems (CTMS)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
