Carrot Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency sourcing a Clinical Trial Manager for a clinical-stage biotechnology company at the forefront of cancer drug development. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of transformational therapies that aim to improve the lives of people with difficult-to-treat cancers who are classified as a top biotech to watch in this space.


The Role


  • Offers both remote and hybrid working model within the UK
  • An oversight role, with a focus on managing pivotable studies, responsible for the planning, execution of assigned studies, including budget oversight and timeline management.
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • CRO management
  • Reporting into the Director of Clinical Operations



You

  • Relevant Life Sciences Degree
  • Experience of working in a Global Clinical Trial Manager position, preferably with exposure to phase 3 clinical trials for commercial trials (CRO or Biotech preferred)
  • Demonstrable expertise working on trials within the areas of oncology, haematology, haematology oncology or rare disease
  • Exceptional project management experience (PM qualification desirable)
  • Ability to travel within the UK, Europe and on occasion to the US.
