This is across-site role, offering the chance to work across multiple hospital locations. While your base will be atGuy’s Hospital, you will also support teams at other sites, gaining valuable experience and making a wider impact, all while beingfully supported by a highly experienced and friendly teamat Guy’s & St Thomas'.

You will be joining alarge, well-established, and multi-disciplinary teamknown for its vibrant research culture and strong track record in high-impact, translational dermatology research. We work at the cutting edge of clinical science, delivering trials that shape the future of dermatological care.

Role

Once fully trained, you'll take the lead on a portfolio ofClinical Trials of Investigational Medicinal Products (CTIMPs).You'll play a key role in the delivery of high-profile studies including:

    • BEACON (Best systemic treatments for adults with atopic eczema) – www.beacontrial.org
    • ASTAR (The UK-Irish Atopic Eczema Systemic Therapy Register) – www.ppopderm.org/project/a-star/
  • Recruit and support patients through every stage of their research journey
  • Administer clinical interventions (including dosing), perform tests, and ensure meticulous adherence to protocols
  • Champion patient safety, data integrity, and the highest standards of quality assurance
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, research staff, and academic and industry partners to drive meaningful results
  • You will be expected to work across different sites to assist local teams to recruit and follow-up research patients

As part of the St John's Institute of Dermatology you would:

  • Be part of a national centre of excellence in dermatology
  • Contribute to a growing portfolio of cutting-edge trials and precision medicine research
  • Collaborate with world-class researchers in cutaneous immunology, skin inflammation genetics, and genomic medicine at King’s College London
