Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Research Associate

📍 London – Hybrid

Albion Rye Associates is delighted to partner with a dynamic and growing CRO based in London, in the search for an experiencedClinicalProject Manager with CRA experienceto join their collaborative clinical team.


This is ahybrid roleoffering the opportunity to lead clinical projects while continuing hands-on site involvement. You will play a key part in delivering early phase (Phase I/II) trials and supporting the growth of junior CRAs within a close-knit and passionate team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage early phase (Phase I/II) clinical trials from initiation to close-out
  • Provide project oversight and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Conduct and oversee monitoring visits as needed across UK sites
  • Support, mentor, and line manage CRAs, contributing to team development
  • Act as a key point of contact for academic partners and sponsors
  • Ensure quality documentation and compliance within eTMF systems
  • Contribute to client relationships and operational process improvements


Ideal Profile

  • Life sciences degree (BSc/MSc or equivalent)
  • Clinical Project Management experience
  • CRA experience, with the ability to independently conduct monitoring visits and support on-site visits if required
  • Prior experience in a CRO or academic Phase I clinical setting
  • Experience working with eTMFs
  • Previous direct line management
  • Based in London or open to relocation
  • Willingness to be onsite 1 day a week (where possible)
