ARTO is partnered with a high funded growth stage Biotech looking to develop drugs in the immunology space, in line with their growth we are seeking a Clinical Pharmacologist to lead clinical pharmacology activities. Reporting to the CDO, the role includes overseeing Pharmacokinetic, Immunogenicity, and Bioanalytical studies. The ideal candidate has experience in early clinical development, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Clinical Pharmacology activities for an early-stage biologics programme during pre-clinical and clinical development.
  • Develop and present project-specific Clinical Pharmacology strategies to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal bioanalytical teams and CROs on PK, immunogenicity, and selected PD assays.
  • Work closely with other R&D functions to optimize development strategies.
  • Prepare Clinical Pharmacology sections for regulatory submissions, study protocols, reports, and publications.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally in biologics development
  • Expertise in Clinical Pharmacology: PK, PK/PD, immunogenicity, and model-informed drug development
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and a proactive attitude
