Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Private Hospital, London

Contract: Minimum 6 months

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour break)

Salary: £30 - £37 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: November 2024

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients dedicated pharmacy team within a private hospital in London. The ideal candidate will have clinical wards experience and a commitment to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to their patients!

Key Responsibilities

Conduct medication reviews and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Provide advice on drug interactions, side effects, and appropriate use of medications.
Participate in clinical rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Educate patients and healthcare professionals on medication-related issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements

Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Proven clinical wards experience within a hospital setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
