Position: Clinical Pharmacist (Locum Contract)
Location: Salisbury
Contract Duration: Until 31st March 2025
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Hourly Rate: £35 per hour

Job Description:

Trident Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a locum contract in Salisbury. This role is essential for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinically screen prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
  
  
• Complete medicines reconciliation for new and existing patients.
  
  
• Manage medication orders efficiently.
  
  
• Process patient discharges, ensuring all medication-related aspects are handled correctly.
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Proven experience as a Clinical Pharmacist with ward-based experience.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices and procedures.
  
  
• GPHC
  
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
