Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist – Band 6

Location: NHS Hospital, London

Salary: £24-£27ph

Contract Type: Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)

Start Date: November 2023

Duration: 3 – 6 months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pharmacist to join our client’s dynamic pharmacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for community pharmacists looking to transition into a clinical setting. You will be working on various wards, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to patient and full training is provided!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct medication reviews and provide medication management advice.
Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective medication use.
Participate in ward rounds and contribute to patient care discussions.
Educate healthcare professionals and patients on medication-related issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy services within the wards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of pharmaceutical care.

Qualifications:

Registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Experience in a clinical setting is not required; community pharmacists are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
