Hours:

37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, flexible shift pattern

A great private hospital based in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their growing team.

Main Duties:

Support the pharmacy department to deliver an excellent care.
Supervise the procurement, preparation, dispensing and distribution of medicines.
Provide pharmaceutical expertise and input to the care of the patients within hospital.
Participate in audit activities, which will improve the quality of the services, provided by the department including medication incident reporting.
Support the Chief Pharmacist to implement and monitor any national guidance; i.e. NICE guidance.

Requirements:

Degree in Pharmacy
Registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
2-3 years of post-registration experience
Must have experience working in a hospital
