Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist ready to take the lead in shaping and enhancing mental health care across multiple services? We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing regional support and clinical leadership across all units in Birmingham.

About the Role: As Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services across a range of mental health units. This is a regional role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact across multiple settings and teams.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing clinical leadership and supervision to occupational therapy teams
Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions and care pathways
Ensuring high standards of practice, documentation, and service delivery
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery-focused care
Driving service improvements and contributing to audit, quality, and compliance initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist (essential)
Significant post-qualification experience in mental health settings
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within clinical teams
Strong communication, organisation, and strategic thinking skills
A proactive, patient-focused approach to service development and delivery
Willingness to travel across multiple Birmingham sites as requiredWhat We Offer:
