Base pay range

Role Overview:
Salary : £28,000 per annum
Hours : Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1800
Location : Holborn, London - fully onsite
Contract : Full Time and Permanent
Role Summary:
The Clinic Administrator is an essential team member ensuring that the Clinic Management Team are suitably supported with regards to the smooth running of the organisation.
Role Duties:
Assisting with prescriptions & physical SCRs, as well as post/mail duties
Physical SCRs logged, checked/reviewed and actioned accordingly
Ordering and management of FP10 files
Assisting with practice logs
Taking meeting minutes, and other duties as required
Qualification/Experience for Role:
A good command of written and spoken English and Mathematics – GSCE standard (or equivalent) preferred
Previous experience as an Administrator desired
Previous experience within healthcare desired
Extensive experience with minutes/note-taking, or equivalent, desired
Extensive skills using MS-Office, such as Word and Excel desired
About Mamedica:
Mamedica is a private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications.
We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so our patients can receive their prescribed medical cannabis medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service.
Our prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
