Job Description
The Global Client Product Development (CPD) leader is responsible for leading our client-focused product development teams worldwide. In collaboration with our commercial, PLM, and GPD teams, this role facilitates innovative processes and techniques for new developments across various clients and product lines.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with Commercial teams to identify product opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and achieve global sales targets.

Ensure CPD teams manage the entire product development process, from client briefing to artwork creation, costing, sampling, and final approval.

Develop processes to guide clients towards optimal branding solutions by gathering detailed product specifications and proposing re-engineering options to meet pricing targets.

Partner with GPD teams to establish global procedures and escalation protocols for deploying new items into production.

Implement processes utilizing established tools, guidelines, and escalation procedures for pricing.

Engage in store audits, client meetings, and develop sales narratives as needed.

Maintain industry trend awareness to assist clients in leveraging Avery Dennison solutions effectively.

Qualifications

Relevant business qualification.

Minimum of 15 years in commercial/product development, with at least 5 years leading a global team, preferably in the apparel industry.

Strong passion for product development and market trend awareness.

Experience leading diverse teams in demanding environments.

Exceptional communication skills for a collaborative, matrixed organization.

Ability to drive organizational change and achieve results.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
