Job Title: Client Partner
Industry: Digital Agency - Healthcare & Pharma Sector
Working Set-Up: Hybrid working set-up (office visits 1-2 times per month in either Brighton or London. Candidates should live within 2 hours of Brighton or London
Salary - £84,000-£93,000 dependent on experience
Interview process: 3 stages

The Role:

One of our key clients, a rapidly scaling Healthcare and Pharma focused Digital Agency, are looking to make an incredibly important senior hire - A Client Partner. This position, the first of it's kind within the company, will focus on the overseeing of business strategy and client services.

For this role, we're looking for someone who combines extensive pharmaceutical and healthcare industry experience with a highly analytical mindset. You'll be someone who possesses a strong business acumen, exceptional client services skills, and a confident leadership style. With this being a new role within the business, we're looking for someone who has at least 10 years experience across business consulting and client services. You'll be an expert at working in client-facing digital environments, allowing you to effectively contribute to the success of clients digital transformation and product delivery lifecycle projects.

You'll be responsible for shaping digital direction, whilst keeping alignment with business goals, customer needs, and compliance requirements, ultimately unlocking opportunities for impactful delivery and long-term account growth.

You will be expected to generate around 40% of your time as billable revenue for the department.

The Person:

10+ years experience working across consulting, digital, and client services
Experience working in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries is essential
Extensive agency experience and the ability to effectively grow key accounts
Understanding of Digital Product, Design Thinking and digital health innovation, and importantly Design Systems and the benefits of a cross channel approach
Strong commercial/sales capability and experience
Exceptional communication skills
Experience line managing multi-disciplinary teams; training, mentoring and coaching best practice strategy and client service
