Location – Warrington (WA3 6UT) – 2 days per week in the office.

Role type – 7 month FTC.

As the Client Accounts Administrator, you will provide account management support, with basic client relationship skills, focused on expediting orders and resolution of AP queries. Split 50/50 between 2 clients – German and Belgian.

Working closely with our clients’ stakeholders and internal stakeholders, you will support with the delivery of operational service excellence to contribute towards the growth of RS Integrated Supply and its sales opportunities.

What you will be doing:

To support on a fixed term basis to provide urgent required assistance of an administrative level, with basic customer-facing skills, focused on expediting orders and resolution of AP queries. Split 50/50 between 2 clients.
To effectively communicate between sites and RS IS internal stakeholders for order expedition, resolving queries where necessary for a Belgian client.
To effectively investigate and liaise with internal stakeholders on supplier invoice queries for a German client.
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a high paced environment and to strict deadlines within a rapidly changing business environment.
