CDMS Support Lead
Location: Southampton

We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities; specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.

CDMS Support Lead, working on a major Oil & Gas Client site in the Southampton area.
Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure timesheets are allocated within CDMS in a timely manner with the support of the commercial apprentice
  • Daily task setting of the commercial apprentice to support the effective management of CDMS.
  • Weekly WIP - Reviewing the CDMS WIP and chasing approvals (including MCR's) within a timely manner
  • Exception management - ensuring all exceptions are actioned and tracked
  • CDMS Schedule management - ensuring all personnel are assigned the correct schedules to ensure maximum recovery
  • Support the QS's in uploading the scaffold unit rates into CDMS
  • Purchase order management to ensure limits are not exceeded
  • PO / WON Management - Requesting PO/WON's are opened to allow allocations in a timely manner
  • Reviewing CDMS rejections
  • CDMS Awareness training to other commercial / site staff


Experience & Qualification
• Experience of CDMS (Mytrack) system or similar time recording tools (essential)
• Experience in Oil & Gas sector (desirable but not essential)
• SAP experience (desirable but not essential)
