About The Role
To deliver excellent & accurate administration support for the Category Trader to enable them to drive Supplier & Category performance to achieve KPI’s of sales, margin & rate card.
Accountabilities Set up of New Products and Suppliers into the relevant systems – liaise with suppliers to chase and collate relevant information where needed.
Manage Prompt and accurate cost changes & other data changes through the system.
Management of monthly PPF’s (promotional forms) to ensure they are received to schedule and accurate, following up of any outstanding information with the relevant supplier.
File management – support the team to ensure consistency of reports/information across category and file storage.
Running relevant reports to support the Trading Manager with weekly trading figures, range reviews, monthly promotions and ad hoc requests (includes sales, stock availability, data checks etc.).
Support the promotions team by reviewing ad-hoc POS (artwork) and other promotional materials and liaising with suppliers for prompt submission.

About You High attention to detail
Management of multiple deadlines and work under pressure
Good working knowledge of all MS Office software
Able to work on own initiative and follow up/challenge inaccuracies
Ability to engage with key stakeholders across the business and Suppliers, clear communication with internal and external customers at all levels.
