Company Background
Our Client is an established marketing services company managing production, sourcing, distribution of print and digital communication
The Account Executive will be part of our Client’s London team, which currently handles retail, pharmaceutical and healthcare brands in both the UK and Europe.
They will also take responsibility for all of the production requirements of its affiliated content business.
Main purpose of job
The Account Executive will manage the production process for each project from start to finish, sourcing, delivering artwork, print production, and artwork approval process.
The Executive will be responsible for customer service and product delivery through continual liaison with our clients, and suppliers on matters relating to print and campaign management. You will be required to build relationships with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations.
Requests for quotations will be processed in a responsive manner and clients will be updated regularly on the progress of their work. He/she will select the most appropriate suppliers, negotiate costing and time-scales for each job and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Day to day responsibility for managing projects and accounts
• Setting and managing project timelines
• Monthly/Quarterly client meetings
• Managing the print requirements for a portfolio of clients, mainly publishers and retailers
• Maintain detailed job history information & monitoring of online activity/conversation
• Print production planning and project management
• Taking direction from client in order to brief and quote all print and POS requirements
• Providing print and digital solutions through building client relationships and consultative selling
• Purchasing and negotiating with external to ensure most competitive costs are achieved while ensuring delivery is on time, to spec, to quality and to contractual targets
• Management of multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion
• Ensure all agreed procedures and processes are followed and that appropriate reporting is actioned for both the customer and internal/external departments
• Maintain detailed job history information & monitoring of online activity/conversion
• Providing bi-weekly account updates to senior management via team collaboration software
Person Specification
To be considered as a full time Account Executive our Client is looking for:
• Minimum 2 Years’ experience working within a Print Management or Ad Agency environment
• An assertive and competent individual, proficient in all microsoft office packages
• Excellent client management skills face to face, telephone and email.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and work on their own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability.
