Job Title: Calibration Laboratory Technician (Spectroscopist UV-VIS)

Location: Starna Scientific Ltd, Hainault Business Park, 52-54 Fowler Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex IG6 3UT

Salary: £24,000 - 32,000 Depending on Experience

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00 (to be agreed)


A unique opportunity to work in the extremely busyworld-classStarna Scientific UKAS ISO/IEC17025 and ISO17034 accredited Calibration Laboratory. We are seekinganalytical chemistswith a spectroscopy background for the role of Calibration Laboratory Technician involving the preparation and certification of our continually expanding range of Certified Reference Materials (CRMs).

The role would suit a problem solver with strong analytical capabilities and a mindset for rigorous and accurate measurement.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to work for a niche world-leading producer ofCertified Reference Materialsfor Spectroscopy; these CRMs underpin the Quality Control systems in regulated laboratories worldwide and are in ever-increasing demand.

We are looking for:
