Job Description

Holland Limited is a leading global manufacturer of precision tooling used in the production of tablets. Selling to over 100 countries worldwide and to multi-national pharmaceutical companies, we have a reputation as a leader in tabletting science.


Candidate Requirements


  • Use CAD/CAM software to create models and programmes of master parts for the manufacturing of tablet compression tooling.
  • Manufacture parts based on master tablet tooling designs and drawings.
  • Operate die mould CNC milling machines.
  • Perform inspection and visual validation using various measuring equipment and vision systems, including micrometers, Vernier calipers, bench clocks, contour tracers, shadow graphs, and digital cameras.
  • Finish and polish detailed embossing and features to high accuracy, meeting manufacturing specifications.
  • Complete process checks and update schedules using applications within Microsoft 360.
  • Support downstream engineering processes and other machining operations as required.


Working Hours and Compensation

Hours: AM/PM shifts, 6 am - 2 pm / 2 pm - 10 pm, rotating, with occasional Saturday overtime paid at overtime rates.


Pay: From £12.72 per hour plus an 18% shift premium, totaling £15.01 per hour. Overtime is available but not guaranteed.


Type: Full-time, 39 hours per week. Profit-related pay is additional.
