About The Job:

As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative needs of our client. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day administrative functions and ensuring smooth office operations.
Booking travel and organising events for the consulting team.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and spearheading sustainability initiatives.
Providing marketing support and assisting with procurement and shipment logistics.
Collaborating with the Business Manager and other team members to deliver exceptional results.
Ensuring that the office remains compliant with all health and safety regulations.
Taking lead responsibility for the achievement of the companies sustainability goals working collaboratively with the Business Manager.Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
Strong numeracy skills and the capability to provide financial analysis.
Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and comfortable working in a hybrid setting.
Naturally Organised.
Proven attention to detail. Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working within business support/ administration or in a similar role.
