Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire

CK Group are recruiting on behalf of a pharmaceutical company focused on researching and developing innovative dermatological treatments.

This is a permanent Business Development Executive role, working part-time.

Business Development Executive Role: You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the commercial growth of the company’s dermatology portfolio. This includes identifying potential partners, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness.

Further responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers and partners within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations.

  • Following up on leads and opportunities to progress them through the sales cycle.

  • Supporting promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences.

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

    Your Background:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sectors.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good understanding of the healthcare market and commercial processes.
