CK Group are recruiting for an Business Analyst, to join a diagnostics company, at their site in Burgess Hill, on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

Daily £339.27 - £414.67 or UMB £450.00 - £550.00.

Business Analyst Role:

Act as a bridge, facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
Identify and document the needs and objectives of stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups.
Analyse and prioritise requirements to align with project objectives.
Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
Operates effectively within diverse project delivery frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies. 
Your Background:

Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills.
Experience in a variety of gathering, analysis and presentation techniques.
Experience in Waterfall, Iterative and Agile frameworks.
Minimum 5 years experience working as a BA.
Experience as a Business Analyst on projects of varying size and complexity throughout the full project delivery lifecycle.
Experience of business change (people, process, AND technology) projects and initiatives.
