We’re looking for a driven and strategicBrand Managerto join our team. This is a key role responsible for shaping and executing our local brand strategy in alignment with global objectives. If you have a passion for innovation, customer-centric marketing, and a solid track record in life sciences or veterinary pharmaceuticals, we want to hear from you.


Your Impact:


As Brand Manager, you will lead the local brand strategy, managing the full product lifecycle and ensuring all initiatives reflect both our global direction and local market needs. This includes integrating traditional and digital marketing efforts, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving brand performance with measurable impact. We are a small, collaborative team, so we are looking for someone who brings not only strong skills but also a positive, affable personality — someone who’s easy to work with, team spirited, proactive and genuinely a nice person.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies aligned with global guidelines
  • Adapt global product strategies to local market needs
  • Manage and optimize the local product portfolio
  • Lead brand communications across digital and traditional channels
  • Plan and deliver omnichannel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and offline initiatives
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to support engagement and drive demand
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for KOL engagement and events
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and track KPIs to optimize ROI


What You Bring:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Veterinary Science, or Life Sciences
  • 4–8 years of experience in brand management, ideally in veterinary pharmaceuticals or life sciences
  • Strong digital marketing and multichannel experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver customer-centric strategies
  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and strong execution skills
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory marketing requirements
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities
