Are you a strategic and commercially mindedBrand Managerready to take full ownership of a high-potential product in theurology space? This is a rare opportunity to lead arecently launched brandin ahighly visible role, reporting directly to the Franchise Head and working cross-functionally across UK and global teams.


With the foundations already in place, your mission is toaccelerate growth, sharpen positioning,and drive competitive advantage in a dynamic and evolving market


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Own the brand:Lead the strategic and operational planning for a urology product launched in 2024
  • Cross-functional leadership:Build strong relationships across UK and global teams, leading cross-functional collaboration
  • Global alignment:Act as the key contact for global marketing stakeholders, ensuring local plans align with international strategy
  • Insight-driven planning:Identify data gaps, integrate insights, and drive omnichannel brand strategy
  • Flawless execution:Deliver marketing activities on time, on budget, and to quality standards—managing agencies, digital platforms, and compliance
  • Forecasting & performance:Own sales and stock forecasts, monitor KPIs, and take corrective action where needed
  • Customer-centric mindset: Stay close to the market, customers, and patients—especially within urology—bringing insights back into the business
  • Champion best practice:Share learnings, support cross-functional initiatives, and act as a brand ambassador across the organisation


What You Bring


  • 3+ years’ experience as aBrand Managerin the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven success inbrand planning and post-launch growth strategy
  • Strong understanding of theUK healthcare environment, including NHS dynamics and ABPI Code
  • Experience working withexternal agencies and high-level opinion leaders
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and digital marketing expertise
  • Deep understanding ofurologyor related therapeutic areas
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Degree-level education (or equivalent) and afull UK driving licence
