Our client is a large and well-established MEP Sub-Contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major Mechanical & Electrical Packages on behalf of Tier:1 main contractors involved in technology schemes including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor plants and heavy industrial projects.

Due to continued growth in the region of their pharmaceutical division, our client is now seeking an experiencedBMS Engineerto join their team based on a Commercial build inCentral London.

Responsibilities

Design & Specification Compliance

Review and interpret BMS system design documents to ensure all installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

System Installation Oversight

Supervise and coordinate the installation of BMS hardware and software, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and network infrastructure across HVAC, lighting, and energy systems.

Integration & Commissioning

Manage the integration of BMS with other building systems and lead the commissioning process, including functional testing, system validation, and performance tuning.

Technical Coordination & Support

Collaborate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system functionality during construction phases.

Documentation & Handover

Prepare accurate system documentation, including schematics, operation manuals, and commissioning reports, and support client training and final handover procedures.

Requirements

Must have 3+ years experience in a similar position

Must have previous experience working for a Main Contractor or Large Subcontractor

Must have UK Passport or RTW in the UK

Benefits

£85,000 - £90,000 + Benefits
