Yourcontributions will be pivotal in ensuring the flawless productionof life-changing products at our Slough, UK facility. KeyAccountabilities and Duties: - Perform Manufacturing Duties:Successfully implement various tasks to ensure products aremanufactured according to schedule, safety requirements, and GoodManufacturing Practices (GMP). - Training: Acquire a detailedunderstanding of production systems and relevant Lonza systems toenable efficient production. Ensure completion of all necessarytraining to perform production activities with precision. - QualitySystems: Adhere strictly to high standards of cGMP for bothyourself and your colleagues. Gain familiarity with Lonza's qualityprocedures, including change control, the deviation system, andvalidation procedures. - Batch Disposition Activities: Assist incorrection and data management activities, ensuring thatdocumentation standards are met impeccably. - Plant and Process:Engage directly in the manufacturing process, identify continuousimprovements, and contribute to the completion of various projects.- Area Ownership: Uphold high standards of housekeeping, teamvalues, and safety policies. Highlight safety issues and foster asafety-first attitude within the team. Ensure objectives are metwithin the designated timeframe.
