BIM ManagerCleanrooms South Shields

We are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking aBIM Managerto help further develop their growth.

Responsibilities

BIM Coordination & Clash Detection

Lead and manage the coordination process across disciplines using BIM tools, ensuring clash detection and resolution to maintain smooth workflows and avoid on-site issues.

Model Management & Compliance

Oversee the development and maintenance of federated models, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 19650, BS EN 1090) and project-specific cleanroom requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related queries, liaising between design consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment across teams

Data & Documentation Control

Maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM documentation, drawings, and data outputs to support procurement, construction, and handover phases of the cleanroom project.

Training & Support

Provide BIM training and ongoing support to project team members to ensure best practices are followed and digital tools are used effectively across the project.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in a BIM Manager or Coordinator role, preferably within high-spec environments such as cleanrooms, laboratories, or healthcare facilities.

Advanced knowledge of BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC) and strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and UK BIM Framework protocols.

Must have UK Passport or RTW in the UK

Benefits

£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
