BIM Engineer

An international principal with a large presence in the life sciences and data centre industries is actively seeking a career driven BIM Engineer for a new pharmaceutical project in Oxford.
The life sciences and mission critical sector is the fastest growing sector in construction at present, there is no better time to be getting into the sector. This coupled with the increased emphasis that this client has put on their life sciences division, makes an excellent opportunity for an ambitious BIM Engineer to progress their career with a company renowned for its promote from within attitude.
They are well placed for strong growth across the next several years with the pipeline fully booked with orders from some of the most prestigious clients in the industry. There is a strong site team already in place with the expertise required to deliver projects successfully.
BIM Engineer Requirements:

• 
  Engineering background required. (Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial engineering, Architectural, Structural, Civil, Building engineering).
  
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience in the Construction industry & multidisciplinary coordination.
  
• 
  Pharmaceutical projects experience preferred but not essential.
  
• 
  Contractor experience preferred but design / engineering office background acceptable.
  
• 
  Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Revit modelling and coordinating MEP services.
  
• 
  Experience with Navisworks & clash detection reporting. IFC exporting / importing into Revit.
  
• 
  Experience with Autocad 2D & 3D.
