A little more about your role…

  • Assist the BIM Manager / Regional BIM lead with the development and enforcement of BIM standards and workflows. Implement these on live projects. Report to BIM manager / Regional BIM lead when seeking clarification and implement what they require.
  • Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, etc.) on live projects.
  • Support teams in project model setup, troubleshooting, and model maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform quality checks and clash detection using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
  • Assist with guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with design teams to integrate BIM strategies into project delivery.
  • Help manage project data, file organization, and documentation related to BIM deliverables.


Your Team

  • ESA Architecture is a UK based member of the multi-national, multi-disciplinary design engineering firm, WSP.
  • We work on a wide range of projects including commercial offices, housing, transportation, pharmaceutical and logistics.
  • Whilst having a varied Client base, these roles are intended to be focused on serving our long-term relationship with a single, market leading Client in the logistics sector.
  • You will report directly to the Client Account Director, within ESA, as well as to a Client based ‘line manager'.
  • Our team of 60 people are based in city centre-based offices in London, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow and Birmingham.
  • You will be able to attend in-house CPD sessions and encouraged to develop and grow as part of the Client's core team of 5/6 people.


What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

  • Experience in architectural practice with a focus on BIM.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit with careful consideration to the correct use of parameters; familiarity with tools like Dynamo, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
  • Have an ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in delivering BIM on medium to large-scale architectural project. All the way through to construction. Eg. BIM level / stage 2+
  • Experience with project asset management, eg CoBIE
  • Knowledge of other programs that assist with the data management involved with the BIM process. Eg Excel and Macro incorporation, Autocad and scripting within that environment. Eg creating .lisp files. Etc
  • Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
