As Automation Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the engineering function, driving innovation, and delivering cutting-edge automation solutions in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a site-wide automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team across PLC, SCADA, DCS, and MES platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Compliance & Innovation: Ensure GMP compliance while delivering advanced, future-ready automation systems.

Required Skills:

  • Automation Expertise: Proven background in automation engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong track record of leading site-level teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Pharmaceutical Experience: Solid understanding of GMP principles and their application in pharmaceutical settings.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Siemens PCS 7 control systems is essential.
