Associate Systems Administrator
Location: Stone, Staffordshire (Hybrid working, 2 days in our Stone office)
Status: Permanent, Full Time

Why are we hiring a Associate Systems Administrator? We’re on the look out for a Associate Systems Administrator as we continue to grow.
The IS Associate Systems Administrator is responsible for providing support to internal customers and following requests through to resolution. They are also required to perform regular systems checks and take part in IS Projects as assigned by IS Management.

What are you responsible for?

• Responding to requests for assistance from internal users (both local and remote) ensuring problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Manage user account creation, management, and removal.
• Prepare and supply equipment to internal users.
• Carry out regular maintenance checks on infrastructure and software systems.
• Work on infrastructure projects with other team members to meet project goals and timelines.
• Work towards taking responsibility for either geographic or entire functional aspects of our infrastructure.
• Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure framework
• Knowledge of specialist operating systems, packages and services
• Familiarity with relevant technical information resources
• Relevant qualifications/certification
• Effective communication skills combined with an empathetic personality
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently to ensure efficient problem resolution and project execution
• Enthusiasm to develop a career in an internal user support role
