As an Associate Solutions Architect (m/f/d) you will support our team in the design and implementation of customised solutions for the media industry. Our customers are TV and radio stations as well as production houses that depend on innovative and reliable broadcast systems. As part of a motivated and experienced team, you will develop technological solutions that meet the requirements of modern media operations. You will also support our customers directly on site or remotely when necessary and thus ensure the smooth business operation of all relevant media, broadcast and IT systems.

  • Support in the development and implementation of broadcast systems for TV and radio studios
  • Participation in analysing the technical requirements of our customers and deriving solution proposals
  • Support in the creation of technical concepts and architectures for customised systems
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to fulfil project requirements
  • Technical support for installations, configurations, and testing of broadcast hardware and software
  • Support for our customers beyond normal working hours if required and taking over on-call duties
  • Documentation of solutions and creation of training materials for customers
  • Carrying out acceptance tests and supporting on-air processes
  • Attending customer meetings and supporting the sales team with technical advice

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of Media Technology, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or a similar qualification
  • Initial experience with broadcast technologies and systems, ideally in TV or radio studios, is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of IP networks and IT infrastructures are an advantage
  • Interest in further development as a solutions architect and enthusiasm for modern media technologies
  • Experience in system maintenance, technical service and support welcome
  • Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies and systems
  • A good knowledge of English
