To help us deliver our medical image analysis solutions to large clinical trials we are hiring a

Associate Site Manager

on a permanent full-time capacity.
Purpose of the Role:
The Associate Site Manager (ASM) position is responsible for performing and overseeing image quality checking (QC) and resolving site and data issues for clinical data received by IXICO in active clinical trials and research studies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative, but not exhaustive of the role. There may be some variation and/or development of these duties and responsibilities without changing the general nature of the role:
Qualitative review of images (MRI, PET, CT etc), identifying any problems which may affect subsequent quantitative analysis or radiological review.
Be first point of contact for portfolio of sites.
Ongoing site support for imaging related questions, upload, and technical issues.
Meeting image QC and read QC turn-around-times.
Performing functions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI).
Providing feedback on improvements in the image QC and site management processes, documentation, SOPs and WIs.
Assist in developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for the Site Management and Radiology teams.
Provide Project Managers with regular updates on image QC and data query status.
Effectively communicate with the Science, Development, Project Start-up, and Image Analysis Teams at IXICO.
Assist Senior Site Managers in process management (e.g., Assist with the site management communication tool / Project mailboxes / Internal support queue / Contingency uploads).
Qualifications and skills required for the role:
Bachelor’s degree (Imaging or Life Sciences) or equivalent scientific or analytical experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritise competing tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Highly motivated, proactive, and organised.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
No previous Site Management or clinical trial experience required.
Meeting key delivery metrics within the Site Management team.
Meeting productivity targets set by the Team Leader Site Management.
