The Role:

As an Associate Recruiter, you will be introducing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision and contributing with great candidates, at pace.

You will:

  • Proactively headhunt and approach great candidates through various platforms

  • Build introductions, and nurture relationships with industry specific candidates, expanding your network to underpin & develop your specialism

  • Manage end to end Recruitment lifecycle processes

  • Utilise Selexa Life Sciences' excellent & unrivalled network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients

  • Develop client relationships as a specialist niche Recruiter, understanding your clients Visions and building an effective recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional candidates – delivering Selected Excellence

  • Deliver market insights, candidate introductions & requirements, and competitor analysis to deliver a high performing, Consultative approach

  • Support our Senior Recruiters deliver on our established and exclusive client base

  • Deliver strategy, insight and exceptional candidates across a number of retained, exclusive and embedded projects to expand our business and cement client relationships

    You:

    We are interested in speaking with Recruiters with varying levels of experience from any industry, sector and/or vertical, but a technical background within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Biotechnology and Life Sciences would be of interest:

  • Will come from a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience within industry

  • Should be able to demonstrate billings and previous success within delivery

  • Should be able to demonstrate a track record within Recruitment/TA

  • Previous experience of nurturing client or account management relationships

  • Commercial acumen and awareness

  • Customer focused approach; Communication is key

  • Ambitious, confident, motivated.

    Package:

  • Competitive Salary

  • Attractive commission structure - Recruiters will typically earn 40% of total billings!

  • 30 days holiday EXCLUDING Bank Holidays

  • Private Healthcare after 1 year with the business

  • Hybrid - onsite 2-3 days preferred

  • Flexible start and finish times as required
