B Braun is actively looking for an Associate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. You’ll be developing new relationships and building on existing relations to raise awareness of our sutures portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected global healthcare company and make a real impact in surgical care.

  • Job Title: Associate Sales Specialist
  • Department: Sutures
  • Location: UK Wide
  • Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
  • Contract: Permanent

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Building a strong knowledge of our sutures products
  • Selling our portfolio to both new and existing customers
  • Developing winning and repeatable sales strategies
  • Building lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Attending meetings, exhibitions, demonstrations and workshops
  • Keeping abreast of developments and trends within your specialism
  • Achieving sales targets set for the territory

What You Need To Succeed

  • We’re open to considering people from a variety of relevant backgrounds including biomedical science graduates (or similar), medical professionals and sales specialists
  • Confidence communicating and a flair for building strong relationships
  • The ability to work enthusiastically using your own initiative
  • A proactive and eager approach to learning
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel
