Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for an Associate Head of Governance and Risk to join an impressive private healthcare provider based in London. This is a full-time role (working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, predominantly Monday – Friday plus occasional weekends on rotation) offering hybrid working and salary of up to £65,000 and an excellent benefits package. Each of their laboratory’s benefits from constant investment in the latest technologies and analytical instrumentation.  In this Associate Head of Governance and Risk role, you can expect to:Support the Head of Governance in strategic leadership and direction for the governance team.Lead CQC standards implementation, working closely with the Head of Governance, lab teams, and senior managers.Review, summarise and advise on national guidance, legislation and develop governance assurance frameworks. To apply for this Associate Head of Governance and Risk role, you must have a qualification in laboratory quality management or equivalent, with previous experience in risk management and Laboratory health and safety. To achieve the top end of this salary the successful candidate must have an extensive experience in a laboratory quality manager position, and can prove understanding of ISO15189, ISO15190 and ISO22367. We welcome applications from the Private Sector and NHS, as well as experienced Quality Managers with experience in laboratory setting seeking progression.
