We collaborate directly with patients, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure patient-centric approaches in all our activities.
The Opportunity: In this role, you will serve as a thought leader in global Records and Information Management (RIM), guiding stakeholders on policies, principles, and procedures. You will work with various functions to implement best practices, ensuring effective records management and risk mitigation aligned with organizational standards.
Hybrid Working: We offer a flexible hybrid work model, allowing a balance between remote work and in-office presence, typically about one day per quarter in London.
Key Responsibilities: Providing leadership for the global records and information management program, securing stakeholder support, and managing risks.
Developing policies, procedures, and strategies in response to legal, regulatory, and technological changes.
Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, HR, and IT to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
Managing records lifecycle activities, including storage, archiving, and digital solutions, especially during mergers and acquisitions.
Representing the organization in industry groups and leading projects related to records management systems and initiatives.
Essential Knowledge & Experience: Significant experience in records and information management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities in a global environment.
Proficiency with records management systems and collaboration with IT teams.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Legal teams.
Proven change leadership and staff management experience.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CRM, AIIM certifications, ARMA IGP).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Library/Information Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Additional Information: Permanent, full-time role based in London, UK.
Hybrid working model with occasional office presence.
