The Commercial Practice specializesin primary market research and brand strategy development. Thetypes of projects market research projects deliver include: PatientJourney, Segmentation, Market Understanding, Demand Assessment, andBrand Story Assessment. About the Opportunity As an AssociateDirector in Primary Market Research, you will take a leadershiprole in overseeing large-scale, high-impact quantitative andqualitative research projects. You will manage and guide a team ofanalysts, collaborating directly with senior client stakeholders todeliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. Thisrole has a strong focus on Quantitative research whilst alsoblending strategic leadership, technical expertise, and clientmanagement experience. You'll not only be responsible for thesuccessful execution of research projects but also play a pivotalrole in business development and contribute to thought leadershipwithin the field of research. At this level, you will have exposureto a wide range of projects. You will also have the opportunity todecide whether to pursue a more specialized path or continue in abroader leadership role, depending on your career aspirations. Therole offers a mix of formal training, mentorship, and hands-onproject experience to support your development. KeyResponsibilities: - Lead and manage complex research projectsincluding complex quantitative methodologies, such as segmentation,pricing, and demand studies from conception through to execution,analysis, and delivery of actionable insights for clients. - Workclosely with clients at the executive level to understand theirbusiness challenges and translate them into research objectives andstrategic solutions. - Design and implement advanced statisticalmodels, surveys, and data collection methodologies to addressclient needs, with an emphasis on innovation and rigor. - Overseethe analysis of large datasets to derive insights and solve complexproblems. - Develop and deliver high-level reports, presentations,and strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity andrelevance to their business objectives. - Collaborate withcross-functional teams (e.g., medical, product, marketing) tointegrate research findings into broader business strategies. -Stay at the forefront of research techniques and technologies,continuously advancing the company's capabilities and competitiveedge.
