Eurofins Central Laboratory (ECL) is a dynamic, global organization dedicated to providing standardized, high-quality central laboratory services supporting all phases of clinical trials. ECL offers integrated laboratory testing services, including clinical safety and specialized, esoteric testing such as biomarkers, with globally harmonized facilities in the US, Europe, Singapore, and China.

Due to its rapid growth, Eurofins Central Laboratory is seeking a dynamic individual to join their sales team in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve new booking targets for assigned territories and services.
  2. Leverage industry experience to develop productive relationships at all levels within complex biopharmaceutical and CRO organizations.
  3. Generate new opportunities and secure new contracts for Eurofins Central Labs, including clinical biomarkers and anti-infective services.
  4. Act as an advocate for prospects and active accounts within Eurofins, engaging with all key stakeholders.
  5. Report to the Senior Director, Business Development, working closely with Scientific Affairs, Proposals/Contracts, and Operational Teams.

Location:

This is a remote position, based in any European country.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in clinical or central laboratory, clinical trials (CRO, trial logistics, e-Clinical), or relevant B2B project services industry.
  2. Proven success in securing new service contracts, demonstrating growth over your career.
  3. Strong ability to establish and maintain internal and external relationships, with an extensive network of contacts.
  4. Ability to set goals, plan strategically, and influence others to achieve results.
  5. Motivated with a hunter mentality and eagerness to learn.
  6. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
  8. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  9. Willingness to travel for client interactions and conferences, with a valid driving license.
