Associate Director – Porterhouse Insights PorterhouseInsights Porterhouse Insights is the global research, insight andevidence consultancy of Porterhouse Medical Group (a part of theSCIRIS network), which was established in 2017 to generateactionable insights to meet evolving client needs. The team workswith healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across R&D,commercial and medical to answer ad hoc research questions withprimary and secondary market research studies. The Role ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR Based in centralLondon, Reading, Nottingham or Milton Keynes; 2 days per week inoffice (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays), other days can be workedfrom home. Responsibilities: Leadership: - All aspects of projectleadership, including identifying new business, pitching andwinning the work, project design, fieldwork, delivery and follow-upon client satisfaction, as well as financial management -Contribute fully to the Senior Management Team on businessdevelopment initiatives, marketing strategies and innovativemethodologies, as well as influencing and implementing strategicdirection - Continually evaluate and develop sector strategiesClient focus: - Develop and maintain professional, proactiverelationships with new, existing, and lapsed clients to formlong-term alliances - Support Account Directors and ResearchManagers with client interactions - Write and renew the design ofprojects (proposals, questionnaires, approaches to analysis andpresentations) to ensure they satisfy and exceed clientexpectations Performance and talent management: - Act as mentor toAccount Directors and Research Managers - Conduct regularmanagement reviews with line reports, reviewing performance,setting objectives, and identifying learning needs - Facilitate theprofessional development and learning of all those with whom youwork Knowledge and skills desired: - Ideally 7+ years of experiencewithin the pharma insights industry - Proven track record ofdeveloping new business - Expertise in leading complex, large scaleprojects - Expert knowledge in key methodologies and approaches(published, conference speaking, industry training) - Businessacumen with a sound grasp of divisional financial performance andcost drivers - Understanding of business management issues -Strategic leadership skills - Strong negotiation skills e.g.,contracts and discounts - Enthusiasm to play a key part in buildingour business #J-18808-Ljbffr
