🌍 Assistant Clinical Project Manager – Global Clinical Trials (Phases 1–3)

📌 Remote/Hybrid | Occasional International Travel Required

A well-funded biotech company with a bold mission to transformbrain and behavioural health treatmentis seeking anAssistant Clinical Project Managerto support the successful execution of global Phase 1–3 trials.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to contribute meaningfully to clinical research programs with real-world impact.


🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be hands-on across a broad scope of clinical trial oversight, including:

  • Supporting the review and quality checks of essential study documentation, including CRO-prepared plans and site manuals.
  • Participating in joint team calls with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Helping to validate Regulatory and Ethics submission packs across countries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assisting in drafting and maintaining the Sponsor Oversight Plan.
  • Overseeing startup activities, including green-light processes and regulatory readiness at sites.
  • Coordinating aspects of pharmacovigilance and safety data management, ensuring timelines and compliance.
  • Contributing to risk management processes and supporting proactive mitigation planning.
  • Tracking and reviewing laboratory operations—sample logistics, lab manuals, and vendor collaboration.
  • Monitoring vendor performance, site monitoring practices, and eTMF compliance through formal quality control procedures.
  • Generating reports and trackers to keep clinical milestones transparent and on course.


👤 What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, paired with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Holds qualifications in life sciences—Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of GCP guidelines and the ability to work within a regulated environment.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with the agility to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced setting.
  • While infrequent, you’re open and able to travel internationally as needed to support study execution.
